NOSA hosts training classes and dog trials (Canadian Kennel Club – CKC, Sporting Detection Dogs Association – SDDA, and Association of Island Obedience Clubs – AIOC) throughout the year.

Training
Classes
- NOSA offers three sessions annually in Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Mock Trials
- Our class sessions typically culminate with a mock obedience and rally trial which allows students and their dogs the opportunity to test the skills they have been working on throughout the session.
CKC Obedience & Rally Trials
NOSA typically hosts four CKC Obedience and Rally Trials over one weekend each year. It is usually in mid-April in the RCMP Barn at the Saanich Fairgrounds. Our next CKC Trial is currently being planned, more details will be posted on our News page.
Entries are now open for the NOSA CKC Obedience and Rally Trials to be held April 20 & 21 2024 at the Saanich Fairgrounds. Please visit DogShow.ca for more details, links to the Premium List and entry forms.
SDDA & CKC Scent Detection Trials

AIOC Obedience & Rally Trials
NOSA typically hosts two AIOC Obedience and Rally Trials each year. They are usually in March and October in the RCMP Barn at the Saanich Fairgrounds. Our next AIOC Trial is currently being planned, more details will be posted on our News page.
